Exterior Design and Operational Features
The NC 1095 features twin 300 horsepower Yamaha four-stroke outboard engines, paired with 15-inch saltwater series propellers, delivering a top speed of 40.2 miles per hour at 6,000 RPM. The boat’s beam measures 10 feet 11 inches with a draft of 2 feet 3 inches, and it has an empty weight of 10,225 pounds. Fuel capacity totals 212 gallons, supporting extended cruising ranges. The foredeck is equipped with a recessed ground tackle system, including a horizontally mounted Lumar windlass and a galvanized anchor on a polished stainless steel roller. Best cruising speed was recorded at 26.1 miles per hour at 4,000 RPM, with a fuel burn of 22.4 gallons per hour, resulting in a fuel efficiency of approximately 1.2 miles per gallon and a cruising range of 222 statute miles while maintaining a 10% fuel reserve. The boat exhibits some torque steer during acceleration, which diminishes as speed increases and trim is adjusted to about half or slightly more.
