This boat has been carefully maintained and kept in excellent condition. It has many new features, and offers everything you could want in a multi-ownership houseboat on Lake Powell. This Share has 4 scheduled weeks per calendar year--one each quarter, but yearly dues cover 1 week only. Using more than one week per year is $400/week if the boat is taken out of the slip, and $150/week if the boat is left in the slip. Price of the Share excludes 2025 annual dues of $2,600.
The turn-over day is on Saturdays, and this year (2025) Share #12's summer week is July 26 - August 2. *I traded our fall week for this summer week.* The schedule rotates forward 3 weeks each year. Other Owner's are always open to trade weeks if your scheduled week doesn't work.
Who's Spoiled has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two adjoining bedrooms with full-size beds, and lots of sleeping pads for sleeping under the stars. It has 2 air-conditioners, a water heater, two remodeled bathrooms-one with a shower, a stackable washer and dryer located in the hall and filtered water throughout the boat. There is a remodeled kitchen area complete with propane stove/oven, microwave, and a large French door refrigerator/freezer and a stand-alone ice machine. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and all cooking utensils. There is a large outdoor barbecue grill on the front deck and a chest freezer.
