She can be easily towed & requires no permits. Her mast is deck-stepped and hinged for easy rigging. There is no better one-design value available in a 22' keel boat. They are favorites among the younger set and adults with different skill levels and are found in many sailing schools, one-design fleets and simply for day sailing. The 7' long self-bailing cockpit will seat 4-6 people. The cabin has berths for two and storage space or to get out of the weather. Built to withstand years of hard use, 12-15 year old boats are routinely win J/22 championships. Built for safety and durability, she has buoyancy tanks, and offshore hatches. Her lead 700 lb. keel creates a low center of gravity. Wait for me has been well maintained, winter stored indoors and is a fresh water only boat.
