More Grace is a one of a kind completely restored 1975 Islander Freeport 41 pilothouse ketch.�  She has the room of a trawler with the comfort and safety of a bluewater cruiser, making her a perfect live-aboard with year-round go-anywhere capabilities. 7ft. headroom in the main salon. She was completely refitted in the mid-2000's including all systems, wiring and plumbing. New barrier coat and bottom paint 2021.

To meet the comfort demands of her long term guests she was fitted with: full size shower with custom shower sump pump, convection/microwave oven, 2 burner induction stove, full size refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, washer/dryer combo unit, 2x 23-inch televisions with digital antennas. On deck she boasts windlass, custom canvas, custom aft dinette with cushioned cooler seats w/ covers, mainsail cover and mizzen cover.   • Full shoal draft (5 ft.) keel for cruising the islands
  • 50 ft. bridge clearance for the ICW
  • 22,000 lb. displacement for blue water
  • Marine plywood cored decks, no balsa or soft spots
  • Deck stepped masts with compression posts and waterproof junction boxes for easier stepping/un-stepping

Complete multi-year refit in 2000s including ALL systems, wiring, plumbing, tanks, paint, portlights, hatches, and rigging.� 

Extensive work in 2020 including custom galley and barrier coat (Pettit system with Interlux Pacifica Plus antifouling).� 

Additional work in 2022 to get her ready for long range cruising. She is ready to cruise and will come with safety equipment and spare parts, etc.

Convenient walk-through with aft stateroom that has a queen size bed, its own head, and even a real shower/tub.� 

No expense spared and everything has been done right. Wiring all done with marine grade tinned copper and all thru hulls properly bonded. Hose clamps are true 316 SS. All AGM batteries (3-8D Lifeline house, 2 Lifeline Group 34 thruster, 1 Engine, 1 Genset).

All systems that have saltwater run through them are flushed with freshwater and salt-away after each use, even the ACs!
