This Islander 36 is a very nice clean ready to go cruising sailboat. She has had very light use over the years and has been well taken care of. Re powered in 1999 with a Yanmar 3JH2E with only 650 hours to date. Like most boats of this vintage this boat has been additionally discounted to reflect that a surveyor has checked out the hull and deck and she does have some elevated moisture reported in her rudder and deck around the stanchions and jib track.
