New bottom pain 2025, sails inspected and restitched 2025, new electronics including Garmin 1040xs GPS/chartplotter, Uniden VHF, new Smoke/co2 detectors in every room, double AC units, double bilge pumps, New Westmarine RIB dinghy and davits with 3 hp outboard and OB crane. Also swim platform. This one defies its age, when you step aboard you get the feel of a much newer boat, It is set up with cutter rig and clubfooted staysail, furling genoa and fully battened main. Standard full keel with only 5ft draft. Rigging inspected and standing rigging replaced as needed.
