New canvas in 2008, new mast and standing rigging in 2006, oil changed every 50hrs, fuel polished and tank scrubbed annually, bottom done in May 2011. Also this is the C/B version with only a 2'8" draft with the board up, 6' board down. The IP27 is a strong, capable small cruiser that feels like a 30 footer inside.
