She has been indoor stored and very nicely maintained by a knowledgeable local yard.
The hull shows in excellent condition. The super structure is in need of cosmetic repainting; the teak decks still have plenty of wood left; the Thiokol is in excellent shape and flush with the wood, several bungs need replacement; all exterior varnish is in great shape; the canvas is in good shape; the exterior window frames need to re-bedded & painted. Recent Raymarine Hybrid touch GPSââ¬â¢s at both helms. The Lehman diesels and Northern Lights gen set appear to be in excellent cosmetic condition. The interior woodwork has been stained from leaking below many of the windows.
