What a tremendous find... Here is a "ready for the boat show" Irwin 32. The owner is very maintenance minded and you will see the results with this boat. The bottom has been stripped and barrier coated and 2 coats of Pettit hydrocoat applied. The varnish throughout the boat is a minimum of 7 coats and the sole has 12 coats. Moisture was detected in the deck outboard of the cockpit on the port side. The deck was opened up and the wet divinycell core removed and the repair completed...then the deck got a fresh coat of light beige nonskid. There are no water stains in this 32 and as you look through the listing, you will be hard pressed to find a "to do" list...the 18 hp Yanmar has been serviced with new belts and impeller. The sails were serviced...this one is in the water and ready for the new owner to sail away.
