One of Intrepid's most popular models during her production years, the 356 Cuddy is a sleek notched-bottom speedster designed for fishing, diving, and cruising.Â
Even by today's high-glitz standards, the 356 is a handsome boat with powerful lines and tons of eye appeal. She's built on a high performance deep-V hull with moderate beam, cored hull sides, and a fully integrated outboard bracket.
The multipurpose layout of the 356 has the emphasis as much on cruising and entertaining as it does on fishing. Because she was a semi-custom boat, some were fitted out with more fishing amenities than other.
Standard features include an anchor locker; removable rear bench seat; in-deck fish boxes, transom door, livewell, forward console seat, transom door, dual dive platforms, in-deck dry storage, transom shower, rod storage, and cockpit bolsters. Most lack a windscreen forward of the L-lounge.Â
Below deck, the well-finished cabin sleeps two and includes a galley with refrigerator, enclosed head/shower, and convertible dinette forward. (Note that cabin headroom was slightly increased in 1998.) Around 45 knots top with Yamaha 250s.
