DRAMATIC PRICE REDUCTION - SELLER NEEDS THIS BOAT GONE TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW BOAT!
This listing is a 2000 Hustler 388 Factory 2/Poker Run Edition being sold by the original owner.
It is an immaculately maintained low-hour offshore powerboat, with engine just rebuilt by Teague Custom Marine.
Based on the Mercury Racing 500EFI, the engines feature professionally tuned Pro Chargers with new intercoolers, making 650 HP on pump-gas, propelling this exceptionally well handling boat to just north of 100mph.
Starboard motor has 5 hours since the rebuild and left motor has 25 hours. The boat itself has only 298 original hours.
Bravo-1 drives are built with IMCO performance gears, and there are 25 hours on the drives since last rebuild.
Other performance features include Arneson Tim Tabs, a Dual Helm, and the trailer has just been completely factory re-manufacturered including full new frame.
The 388 Slingshot is one of the top handling and performing boats in the class, regularly on the podium in the factory class racing days, where the manufacturers competed head-to-head. It is predictable and nimble, with a soft entry and excellent tracing in turns. The deep-v configuration and step placement give the boat a smooth ride in rougher conditions.
