● Solar was professionally installed with 6 & 10 AWG, fed into a 10A 4 string combiner box with space for 2 more panel expansion in the future, solar charges the lithium house battery bank with a 30 amp app controlled VEVOR MPPT charge controller, battery levels are monitored with an app controlled Victron smart shunt, and power is inverted to AC with a VEVOR Pure Sine Wave 3500 watt inverter, switch between AC and DC at the rotary switch in the cockpit battery locker
● AC Power System: AC shore power charges the house batteries with an 80A VEVOR RV converter and a NOCO 2A 12V trickle charger keeps the (new in 2025) 12V starting battery topped off. Underway charging from the 80A alternator (new in 2025) is achieved via a Victron Orion Smart DC-DC 50A charger that tops off the house bank through the starting battery and allows for battery monitoring of both battery systems. AC Shore power is 120V 30A. A new 50 ft 125V 30A shore power cord was purchased in 2025.
