ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: Perfect for a get-away for two or extended vacation with the family.  Spacious sleeping acommodations  with two private staterooms and full-sized berths for up to seven people.  Beautiful teak interior enhanced by the all-leather upholstery.  The main stateroom is aft wit a private entrance to the head.  The master stateroom is spacious and very comfortable, featuring a queen size berth with custom-made Handcraft mattress, 2 hanging lockers and 3 lockers with shelving.  It even contains a leather chair for reading or just “getting away”.  The “V” berth is a perfect guest quarters.  This comfortable cabin features a hanging locker and a separate vanity with hot and cold running water and a Corian countertop.  This feature eliminates the need (and space) for a second head, without sacrificing the privacy of your guests. 
 
The large, rounded cockpit is extremely comfortable for cruising or day sailing.  All of the instruments are conveniently pedestal mounted.  All lines led to the cockpit, eliminating the need to go on deck while under way in bad weather.  Hunter’s unique arch keeps the traveler overhead, increasing both sailing efficiency and safety.  (Fully covered by a dodger and a connecting full bimini)  The cockpit can comfortably seat eight people.  The two seats on the stern rail provide a great view of the action.  All seats are covered with custom cushions.  The fold-out tables make this an ideal location for dining or just relaxing.  The helmsman’s seats fold down while at anchor, providing easy access to the dinghy.  Five separate lockers provide ample storage for everything you might need to stow. 
 
GALLEY:   The galley is starboard and is “L-shaped” with Corian countertops, lots of storage space and plenty of room to move.  The propane stainless Force 10 three-burner stove/oven combination, a large capacity water-cooled, Grunert refrigerator/freezer, and a Goldstar microwave oven make it easy to prepare anything from a sandwich to a gourmet meal for eight.  There is a stainless steel double sink, easy-to-access top-loading trash bin and hot water heater with pressurized water system. 
 
HEAD(S): The spacious head features a vanity with Corian countertops, lots of storage space and a separate shower/head combination separated by a shower curtain.  35-gallon holding tank. 
 
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:  All electronic instruments (including GPS) are linked using Seatalk.  This allows the helmsman to plot a course on the GPS and allows the autopilot to steer to the waypoint.  All instruments are conveniently pedestal mounted in the cockpit.  Raytheon Autohelm ST-5000 plus Autopilot, Raytheon Autohelm ST-50 plus speed, Raytheon Autohelm ST-50 plus depth sounder, Raytheon Autohelm ST-50 plus wind and close hauled/VMC, Raytheon Apelco 5200 VHF radio, Garmin GPS map 175, mounted at helm and linked to Autopilot.  JVC Stereo AM/FM radio/CD with cockpit speakers and mast-mounted TV antenna. 
 
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  There are dockside electrical cables to bring 110 volt AC into the boat’s AC electrical panel which feeds the 16,000 BTU Cruise Air reverse cycle air conditioner/heater unit, which is powered by shore or generator.  Heart Freedom 20 inverter/charger, AC outlet plugs and microwave.  The battery charges an isolated dedicated Group 27 engine start battery and four 6 volt house batteries (installed June ’03) wired to provide 440 amp hours at 12 volts DC.  A Link 1000 battery monitor provides continuous updates on battery charge/availability.  There is also a solar panel for trickle charging the engine starting battery.  Fischer-Panda 42100 SCB generator with control mounted at navigation station, running lights w/steam, deck and masthead/anchor lights, electric automatic bilge pump, shower sump pump, macerator and tank gauges for fuel, water and holding tanks.  
 
SAILS & RIGGING: This 380 employs the Selden in-mast roller furling sail with infinite reefing possibilities and ProFurl 100% roller furling jib.  All lines led aft to the cockpit.  There is a rigid Selden Rodkicker boom vang, Harken adjustable mainsheet traveler on arch, 5 Lewmar self-tailing winches and two sets of Spinlock line stoppers and stainless main struts.  Both sails are UK sails and the rigging is the Anodized B&R double spreader fractional rig with stainless steel wire standing rigging.  Simpson Lawrence electric anchor windless, Windex wind indicator, 45 lb.  CQR anchor, fiberglass arch with navy blue dodger/bimini, walk-thru “sugar scoop” transom with easy access to dinghy, swim platform with stainless telescoping boarding ladder, stern rail seats and hot and cold transom shower. 
 
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:  36 hp. Yanmar freshwater diesel engine. 
SAFETY EQUIPMENT:  In addition to the Coast Guard safety equipment on board, there are fenders and dock lines, 3 fire extinguishers, life-sling, life jackets and electric and manual bilge pumps. 
 
CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Custom queen-sized mattress for the master stateroom, all-leather interior, teak cabinetry, and a party-size Magma propane BBQ and inflatable with outboard.
