This Hunter 376 appears to have spent most of her life in the Great Lakes, as the previous 3 owners purchased her while she was ported on Lake Ontario.  Fresh water and out of the water for 6 months a year.  The current owner's have done the Erie Canal, AICW, Bahamas and other islands on this vessel.  Other adventures call so they are ready to sell.
