ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:  You’ll feel right at home above and below decks.  Above you will enjoy a very large and comfortable cockpit complete with high coamings, walk-thru transom, stern rail seats, integrated wheel consol with cockpit table, drink holders and storage bin.  It’s oval design allows enough room for 7-8 adults while keeping everything within easy reach of the helm. 
 
Below decks there is room for the entire crew.  The salon is open, airy and well light via the large Hunter “windshield and numerous opening hatches and ports.  The salon has a large U-shaped settee that converts to a very comfortable double berth, long settee to starboard and full nav station.  The aft cabin is very comfortable with an athwart ships double, double entry – private head entrance, and standing headroom. The v-berth has a true double bunk, hanging closet, vanity sink and standing headroom. 
 
GALLEY:   Complete cruising galley: Three burner, gimbaled LPG stove with oven, double sinks with hot and cold pressure water, 12v refrigerator and freezer, Corian countertop, full set of dishes, built-in trash can with convenient entry, microwave.
 75 gallon water tank. 
 
HEAD(S):  Fully enclosed head and shower, hot and cold water, 2 entrances from main salon and aft master’s cabin, vanity with mirror and a lot of storage. 
 
ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  Autohelm ST-60 depth and knot meters, GPS, VHF radio with masthead antenna, pedestal mounted compass, shore power with cord.  Multiple a/c outlet in cabin and V-berth a/c d/c switch panel.  Dual 12v. batteries with selector switch and breaker panel, battery charger, auto bilge pump, navigation lights – running, steaming, and anchor, deck lights.  AM/FM stereo with CD player, 2 speakers in main salon and 2 in cockpit,  direct and indirect cabin lighting, tank gages ( fuel, water and holding tanks), cigarette lighter in cockpit and nav station to operate GPS.
 
SAILS & RIGGING: Full batten, large roach main with Dutchman flaking system, 2 single line reef points – lead aft, mainsheet traveler with control lines, roller furling, 110% headsail, inboard geneo tracks, all halyards lead aft to coach roof sheet stoppers, Windex wind vane, 4- two-speed self tailing winches.
 
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:  36 hp.Yanmar diesel freshwater-cooled with 35 gallon fuel tank.  Engine easily accessible for maintenance – covered and hinged insulated engine box with a fire extinguisher
SAFETY EQUIPMENT:  Two anchors with chain and rode, 2 fire extinguishers, 8 life jackets, air horn, flares (hand held) emergency tiller and Chapman’s Piloting Guide, manual, bilge pump.
 
CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Covers for winches, main sail and pedestal consol cover, hinged helmsmen seat, stern rail seats, hot and cold cockpit shower for swim deck and boarding ladder for swimmers.
