I sold INCOMMUNICADO to her original and only owner in December of 2008.  Since that time, she's been lightly sailed and stored at a private dock behind the owner's residence, where he was able to keep her in perfect condition.  Over the last 2 years, storms have silted in the channel to the point that it's difficult to navigate 25 days out of every month, so INCOMMUNICADO has been moved to Tarpon Springs, where she is reluctantly offered for sale.
