The Hunter 356 is an excellent sailing boat that is easy to single-hand with furling in mast mainsail and a roller furling Genoa. Also lines are led aft to line pockets in the roomy cockpit with a generous bimini, pedestal, plus compass, VHF at the helm and stern-pulpit seating.

Conveniences below include air-conditioning and reverse heat, fans and lights where you need them. The smartly arranged galley has hot and cold pressure water to a double sink in Corian counter tops adjacent to generous storage areas. The propane cook top and oven are in excellent condition with little use. Front and top load refrigerator is well insulated for Texas summers. The head has a shower, mirror, sink, toilet and a drip-dry locker and an opening port. For safety the boat has the required fire extinguishers, safety gear, strategically placed hand rails, grab bars and current US Power Squadron Vessel Safety Check.

All necessary equipment is included; lifelines, fenders, anchor and rode, electrical hook up with two 30 amp cords for dockside living and overnight enjoyment. Extras include canvas binnacle cover, stereo with 4 speakers, and VHF radio.
