ââ¬ÅBill of Sailsââ¬ï¿½ is a 2 owner, always fresh water vessel. It has had professional maintenance since new. In 2014 the bottom was soda blasted then sanded and barrier coated. A VC 17 bottom paint is on now. A new boot stripe was also installed. Upgraded sail handling with a Tides system mainsail track and lazy jacks were installed. The electric mainsail winch means no heavy grinding to raise the mainsail. All the winches are self-tailing and thereââ¬â¢s an auto-pilot for short handled sailing. When company or family is aboard, the cockpit has plenty of space with the 2 stern rail seats and cockpit cushions for comfort. A dodger and cockpit awning are also included. Recent detailing and new portlight and hatch seals were installed. The Yanmar engine has been serviced with new filters and is now winterized ready for the next owner in the spring. A must see for someone looking to move up to a larger family boat with accommodations and features for all. Located at our Buffalo, NY marina.
