The Hunter 34 put Hunter Marine "on the map" when it was introduced in in 1983. It immediately became hugely popular and at one time they were making 4 a day! The boat had more modern lines than it's competitors and combined interior good volume and an openness that Hunters became famous for. They used the Yanmar 3 cylinder diesel giving it great power and longevity. This better engine gives it more performance than the Catalinas built in the same time period.
This particular boat is well maintained and serviced. While the hour meter is not accurate, the engine shows to be well maintained with lots of life still in her. The owner has left the area and the boat is anxiously for sale. The price of $19,000 is low and the value is excellent. This boat will not last long.
