A very roomy 31 footer with 6'3" headroom, private V-berth, large aft cabin with queen-size berth, enclosed head with vanity, full galley, and a very bright and airy main salon. "Bargaining Power" has in-mast roller furling with a roller furling genoa. All lines are led aft to deck mounted winches, and a very large and comfortable cockpit with a pedestal steering console and a full flag blue cockpit bimini. This 310 only has 177 hours on its Yanmar diesel, and is in truely "like new" condition (bottom painted in July 2002). A perfect, easy to sail, family cruiser at a very reasonable price.
