The 31 Hunter is a great sailing boat and feels much bigger due to its high bow and freeboard, this also makes it a much dryer boat than similar sized vessels. Below deck you have a dinette that seats four, a settee, forward v-berth, full head w/shower, sink, and marine toilet, aft double berth, chart table, full galley w/sink, microwave, oven, propane stove, & refrigerator, and a LG AC unit mounted in companionway to salon.
Other features include Simrad autopilot, Horizon marine VHF radio, Uniden depth sounder, Aqua Meter compass, 4-Maxwell winches, 3250 Hood Sea Furl main sail w/furling genoa, 212 watt solar panels with Lota Power charger/converter, 30 amp shore power service, ac/dc electrical panel w/battery switch, stainless bow pulpit w/plow anchor, and fold-down stainless ladder.
This is a very solid boat but does need the salon sole replaced between the galley and forward v-berth.
Owners were living on the boat but have moved to land, bring offers!!
