Brokers comments:

Hunterââ?¬â?¢s are well known for lots of room below and for decent, easy sailing capabilities.   When fist built, they were less expensive than other models of similar size. The fine finishes and custom cabinetry are missing but if youââ?¬â?¢re looking for a value in a mid-size boat, you canââ?¬â?¢t beat a Hunter. Not a racer so if youââ?¬â?¢re looking for high end performance, this isnââ?¬â?¢t the right boat. If youââ?¬â?¢re looking for a safe, easy to maintain sailboat that is forgiving, while offering a large cockpit for guests and accommodations for a family or guests, a Hunter 30 is the right boat. Always a fresh water boat, itââ?¬â?¢s had the necessary yearly scheduled maintenance and is ready for the next owner to enjoy. Located at our marina in Buffalo, NY.
