The Hunter 27 is a good sailing boat of the famous Cherubini design, this boat has many updates including roller furling and autopilot.  Great starter boat.  Good for weekend cruising.  Big enough to be stable and comfortable-standing headroom, pressure hot and cold water system, new cushions.  The inboard Yanmar diesel makes her reliable and safe.
