"Prettirose" is among the finest Downeast yachts available. Built on the outstanding 38' Holland hull, she is beautifully constructed in fit and finish with a Herrehoff style interior with large open aft cockpit.
Her hull was hand laid up in 2003 by Holland Boat Shop, finished in 2005 by Marsh Stream Boat Shop and she's enjoyed light use in Southern New England. More recently the current owner underwent a major refit including:
- Painted entire boat topsides with Quantum 99
- Moved galley from below to portside pilothouse and added large port bunk below
- Installed a Bow Thruster
- Installed all new Raymarine Navigation Electronics (except VHF).
- Installed new Autopilot
- Added 20" to aft edge of pilothouse roof to make lines of boat flow better and provide shade
- Added two additional 8D batteries to house bank
- Added Zipwake Trim Control
- Installed Electric Head
- Installed 35 gallon Water Tank
