here we have a not so easy to find houseboat. this is the holiday mansion barracuda mediterranean model. she is 40ft and 12ft wide. it has an upper helm station and a lower helm station. she has been re-powered in 2005 with mercury d tronic 165hp fuel injected diesel fresh water cooled engines with only 370 hours on them since new. there are 2005 bravo outdrives as well. she also has an onan diesel generator. there is air and heat, enclosed head and shower, full galley with dinette. bimini top for the bridge. 609 seven 0 7 45 hundred. this would be a good boat for the great loop or any kind of coastal living.
