BLUE MOON is a Picnic Boat with a white Herreshoff-style varnished mahogany trimmed interior and a pilothouse passenger seat for three that faces the inboard. She is ready for cruising, entertaining and weekend liveaboard with reverse-cycle air conditioning. Cockpit and pilothouse offer plenty of seating and entertaining space while the comfortable interior accommodates two with a galley, head with shower, and sleeping berths forward. She features a Hinckley Jetstick for easy maneuvering.
DECK AND HULL
Construction of hull is balsa-cored Kevlar/E-glass hybrid molded with vinylester resin using the SCRIMP system. Stainless steel half round on solid fiberglass molded rub rail. Deck and cockpit are cored E-glass molded with vinylester resin and nonskid pattern.

- Four fixed pilothouse windows offer great visibility - the two forward windows have heavy-duty, electric, self-parking wipers and freshwater washers
- Custom port and starboard varnished teak handrails
- Varnished teak locking companionway door - partially louvered for interior ventilation. The removable lockable top is easily removed.
- Port side is an inboard-facing seat for three with cushions that match the cockpit aft settee.
- Additional inboard-aft wrap-around stainless steel footrest rail
- Beneath the seat is a louvered access door to storage area
