Florida Native Boat Sales is pleased to present this exceptionally clean 2004 Hewes Redfisher 18, located in Dunedin, Florida.

The Hewes Redfisher 18 is one of the classic Florida flats boat layouts: stable, fishable, family-friendly, and capable of doing more than a narrow technical poling skiff. With its wider beam, walkable gunnels, large casting decks, generous storage, self-bailing cockpit, livewell/release-well setup, and comfortable aft bench seating, this boat is equally at home fishing the flats, bait fishing with family, running shorelines, or making longer inshore/open-bay runs.

This particular boat has a great ownership story. It is reported to be a 2-owner boat, with the current owner having owned it since 2015 after purchasing it from Central Florida Marine. It has been garage kept or stored under its custom full boat cover throughout its life, and it shows. The boat is not being represented as restored, but it is a very clean, honest, carefully kept 2004 Redfisher with desirable power, trailer, electronics, and fishing upgrades.

Condition Notes

This Redfisher presents very well overall for a 2004 and shows clear signs of long-term covered storage and owner care. The decks, cockpit, hatches, storage areas, and hull all present strongly for the boat's age. Broker has walked the decks and did not find soft spots during inspection.

As with any 2004 boat, buyers should expect normal cosmetic age and wear. Noted items include cosmetic chafe/paint wear on the Yamaha cowling from prior tow-rope contact, a small cowling chip/nick, minor gelcoat chips/spider cracks, prior filled hardware holes from previous equipment, localized rub rail wear, and normal staining inside hatch gutters, storage compartments, and bilge/rigging areas.

Known functional items: anchor light is currently inoperative. Right side trailer running light & two trailer marker lights may need attention. Broker has successfully run the engine on a hose, and statically tested equipment on the trailer, and all other tested systems fully operated at time of inspection.
