Other Hatteras boats for sale in Florida, United States
DIGNOLITA is a Hatteras 53 Extended Deck FB Motoryacht, one of the most popular personal size motor yachts ever built. Large enough to boast roomy, comfortable accommodations for extended cruising in style, this model is still a manageable size for a couple to handle and cruise alone. Her VIP guest quarters w/complete head and stall shower are generous and the galley with separate eating dinette is large enough to satisfy any seagoing chef. The spacious salon with her custom furniture is big enough to entertain large parties and extends beam to beam on this ED model. Her aft deck is large enough to sit outside for morning coffee or an evening cocktail and makes aft line handling easy. The large Flybridge is great for running on those beautiful sunny days and for inclement weather and night passages this "Dignified Lady" has a separate Pilothouse helm on the main deck just forward of the salon. Accommodations for additional guests or crew if desired are forward of the galley with upper/lower berths and
private head w/separate stall shower. Storage space is plentiful throughout the yacht especially the Master Stateroom which has very large full?length hanging locker/closet and private head and stall shower. Her 8V?71TI main engines, yacht systems and 20kw Northern Lights generator (new 2006 w/2513 current hours) are housed in separate engine rooms port and starboard of the stateroom deck companionway and each engine room has forward and aft access through full size sound proofed doors.
All of these features also make DIGNOLITA a perfect live aboard boat or an ideal weekend and vacation getaway cottage which can be relocated to new surroundings at any time the owners wish.
Previously a freshwater boat for extended periods of time the current owner purchased her in 2003 for extended cruising and has taken her to ports local and all over the islands, Central and South America. She has spent time in exotic ports of call and far off islands as well as cruising the coastal waters and rivers of North America. Her custom hydraulic arch lowering system makes her Loop capable. DIGNOLITA was painted in 2005 by Darling Yachts, Louisville KY and still looks good today. The seller is a knowledgeable and hands?on owner who knows his boat intimately as is necessary when cruising remote ports of call and the boats machinery and systems have therefore, been maintained proactively to prevent potential system failures.
Among the many upgrades, updates and improvements are the following;
• 600 GPD Village Marine Watermaker
• 3000?watt Xantrex Inverter
• Wesmar Stabilizer system with larger 7.5' Fins
• New Larger redesigned Rudders for better handling at all speeds

The value of all this back?up equipment is roughly $2,000.00. A complete inventory and comments by the Seller are in the Broker's Remarks section at the end of the
