As a long-range economical cruiser, she's second to none, consuming just 12gph! As a liveaboard, her spacious interior, including 4 staterooms and three heads, provides expansive spaces for a variety of purposes. Access to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems has been well designed by Hatteras, and the quality of her components is evident throughout.
The professional owners have showered Pirate with the best care possible, including engine oil changes every 100-hrs. Her electronics package is very basic, but fully operational and highly functional.
The owners are scaling down their yachting requirements, and anticipating a quick transaction. Therefore, they are very interested in an exchange for South Florida real estate, a large high-quality center-console, or other unique opportunity.
