She has always had great ownership with constant upgrades as described though the following specifications.
She has a large platform for the tender for the ease of deploying the tender and also water access for the kids and grandchildren.
Every aspect of "Ritz Sea" has been well thought out with a large aft deck and aft deck boarding gates on port and Starboard. The seating is a large bench seating aft with a teak table and complimenting teak chairs offer an alfresco dining experience for the owners and guests.
Forward through double stainless steel sliding glass doors you enter a full beam salon with a new custom built sofa to port and a custom bar to starboard that has been set lower with low back occasional chairs to allow for unobstructed views through out the salon.
The forward of the salon is the dining area with a new table and chairs for 8 owners and guests to port with backlit china storage on the forward bulkhead to accent the formal dining area.
From the dining area going forward you enter the large well appointed Galley with a island counter and full size appliances for all the comforts of home. The forward portion of the galley is a large settee for casual conversation with the chef and light meals.
The accommodations of the Hatteras 80 offer the space of a much larger yacht having four staterooms, each with ensuite heads. At the base of the large staircase case you enter a large foyer which accompanies a clothes washer and dryer hidden by a door and in another door offers a linen closet.
The Master Stateroom is aft of the foyer through double doors into a full beam master with a California King Bed and large port lights for natural light and underwater lights at night for a romantic mood setting. The Master Head offers a His and Hers head with a shower in the middle for separation, all done in high quality elegant stonework.
The three forward staterooms comprise of two VIP staterooms each with ensuite heads and a 4th stateroom with criss cross over and under berths and a ensuite head.
Going up an indoor staircase from the galley you enter a large Sky Lounge with ample seating all around while cruising or entertaining and a walk up galley/bar aft for service to the large seating area aft which can be covered with a gypsy awning.
There has not been a nicer 80 Hatteras built with all the original features and upgrades at the factory as well as constant upgrades through the years of ownership.
