This 1989 Hatteras 74 Cockpit Motor Yacht "Regalia" was born a 65' Hatteras. The cockpit was added day one by Hatteras of Lauderdale to increase the fuel storage by 700 gallons and the water capacity to 600 gallons. There have been three owners of the boat since it was first delivered. Current owner has conducted the following improvements:
- Replaced all of the original soil line and heads in the boat converting it to a freshwater system. The system is switch changeable from freshwater to saltwater.
- Zeroed out both Detroit 12V92 engines with complete overhauls to the tune of $55K per engine in 2018.
- Replaced {not rebuilt} both generators in 2018.
- The electronics are primarily Garmin
- SeaDek installed
- All interior, exterior and underwater lights have been converted to LED.
- Spare props on board in the lazarette.
- Bow and Stern Thrusters
- The flooring was redone in 2018.
- Bedding replaced in 2018.
- Haul out, inspection, hull wax and bottom paint completed in March 2019 at NE Taylor.
- The boat is registered in Rhode Harbor British Virgin Islands and is registered as part of the British fleet.
