This 2004 Hatteras 63 Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht is in PRISTINE condition. "Our Way VII" has the Caterpillar 3412E, 1400 bhp diesels with 400 hours. She also has twin Onan 21.5kw generators (300 & 380 hours), extensive electronics, hydraulic bow thruster, three helm stations, davit and Novurania tender, custom high gloss teak aft deck table, plumbed back-up fuel transfer and freshwater system pumps, transom bustle door, transom hooped stainless steel rails and much, much more.
"Our Way VII" was one of the last Hatteras 63 RPH MY's built. This means in addition to all of her optional and custom equipment she also has had all available updates including the expanded salon area, better galley arrangement and weight reduction which increased her speed, gave her better fuel economy, and reduced her draft. "Our Way VII" will cruise at roughly 27 knots @ 2000 rpm which is roughly 70% load. These were speeds taken in freshwater. Top speed is roughly 32 knots.
Extended Warranties from Caterpillar for the engines can still be purchased through Caterpillar that would provide coverage until May 2014.
"Our Way VII" offers a three stateroom / three head layout. The master stateroom and master head are very generous and utilize the full beam (18' 3") of the yacht. The VIP Guest Stateroom has a queen berth and the starboard guest stateroom offers upper / lower berth that are sized for adults.
The redesigned salon, galley and pilothouse offer tremendous space for entertaining while both at the dock or underway. You can sit at the helm and see and converse with everyone in this area. The salon sofa has seating for at least seven adults and storage underneath. The custom high gloss wood table has storage as well. The galley is very large with every amenity. It has a great view out the stern or either port or starboard. From the galley you can look forward to the pilothouse or just aft to the salon.
The aft deck is very large with a custom high gloss table and room to pull up several additional chairs for outdoor dining and socializing. She also has a portside wingboard control station which include throttles, clutches, and thruster controls. The utility room is under the aft deck. You have ample room to store fenders, bikes, or anything you may need. There are access doors from both the aft deck and the swim platform. From the utility room you move forward into the engine room. The engines are direct drive giving the yacht tremendous balance in the heavy seas. At 100,000 lbs. she handles the heavy seas with ease. With her convex hull design you cannot make her pound.
Last, is the spacious flybridge. It contains an upper helm, twin helm chairs, starboard lounge, large l-lounge with a cocktail table, wet bar with storage, ice maker, and refrigerator and a davit & tender.
This is truly a hybrid yacht. She has the speed of a convertible and the interior volume larger than her closest motor yacht competitors. You must see "Our Way VII" to appreciate her.
