SHE HAS LOW HOURS SMOH ON MAINS AND GENERATOR. HER EXTERIOR WAS REPAINTED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS AND LOOKS VERY NICE. THE EXTERIOR TEAK RAILING IS IN PRISITINE CONDITION. THE WINDOW COVERS AND WINDOW FRAMES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AS WELL. AN ALUMINUM FRAME WAS ADDED TO THE FLY BRIDGE AND ALL ENCLOSURES AND CANVAS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE INTERIOR IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED AND SHOWS NICELY. HER BOTTOM IS IN REPORTEDLY VERY GOOD CONDITION. SHE IS DUE FOR BOTTOM PAINT JOB.
