Material Girl is a 1987 54' Hatteras motoryacht. She offers twin Detroit Diesel 735 HP main engines (overhauled in 2011) (Compression test in 2019 showed 485-490 PSI on all cylinders), Onan 20 kW generator, Xantrex 1,000 watt inverter, Dickson stern thruster, Naiad stabilizers, climate controlled aftdeck and a 3 stateroom 3 head layout. With the equipment on top of the radar arch removed, Material Girl is Great Loop capable.
From the hardtop covered, Strataglass enclosed and climate controlled aftdeck, you can walk out either side deck to the foredeck or pilothouse or step into the salon via the sliding aluminum & glass door. Once inside the salon, you will find two chairs and a TV to port, wrap-around custom sofa starboard aft, lounge chair forward and desk and cabinetry starboard forward. Continue forward into the pilothouse and you will find the helm forward, helm benchseat aft, side deck access door on each side, companionway starboard forward to the lower deck and a stainless steel & teak ladder to the flybridge. Step down the companionway into the lower deck to find the galley to starboard, dinette to starboard and generator room access via a sole hatch. Forward is a guest stateroom with over under single size berths and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower. Walk aft through the guest companionway to find an engine room on each side and then a guest stateroom with side by side single size berths to starboard and a guest head with enclosed shower to port. The full-beam master stateroom with a centerline queen size berth and ensuite head with enclosed shower is all the way aft. Each engine room has an access door for and aft and a removable companionway wall panel.
The headroom in the salon is 6'6", 7'3" on the flybridge, 7' on the aftdeck, 6'5" in the forward guest stateroom, 6'5" in the starboard guest stateroom, 6'4" in the master stateroom, 6'4" in each shower and 7' in the galley. The master stateroom berth is 6'5" long, the starboard guest stateroom berths are 6'3" long and the forward guest stateroom berths are 6'8" long.
Material Girl offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen size berth and an ensuite head; a guest stateroom to starboard amidships with side by side single size berths and a head with an enclosed shower across the companionway to port; and a guest stateroom forward with over/under single size berths and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower.

Cockpit and Exterior Features
The cockpit offers 138 square feet of open space optimized for fishing activities. It includes two in-deck fish boxes, each providing nearly 20 cubic feet of storage. Innovative scuppers drain water from the cockpit sides into aft quarter fenders outside the hull, preventing unsightly black streaks on the topsides. The teak cap rails feature curved bullnose edges and are left unfinished for a natural appearance. Fishing amenities include two flush-mounted rod holders on either side of the cockpit and six additional holders aft of the flying bridge. A tuna door is located on the starboard side of the transom. Mezzanine seating is integrated with a freezer underneath, insulated storage compartments, a six-pack soda holder, tackle storage, and provisions for a sink.
Salon and Interior Living Spaces
