- History- “Querencia is a 1998 Hatteras Sport Deck Motor Yacht that’s has been in freshwater since new. Postproduction, the yacht was moved to Table Rock Lake in SW Missouri and remained there until July 2020 when current owners purchased and moved vessel to Lake Travis in Austin, TX.
- Yacht- This well-maintained vessel features a spacious flybridge, sundeck and aft deck with ample seating, which offers a superior setting for entertaining. Below the waterline, Interlux 2000E epoxy primer coat applied in July 2020 and is in good condition. Above the waterline, the topcoat (Dupont Imron) is in superior condition, with no fading or chalking like gelcoat is prone to do with age.
- The well-appointed salon boasts large windows for panoramic views and natural light, complemented by a fully equipped galley, including a stackable washer/dryer. The “standard arrangement” offers three comfortable staterooms, three heads' w/showers including a spacious master suite. “Querencia” offers plenty of room for family and guests all with 52 feet! All living quarters including the aft deck have split air conditioning units. Enjoy the convenience of the aft deck and swim deck for easy access to the water.
- Mechanical/Electrical- Solid performance powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines, with low hours. Whether you’re cruising or enjoying a weekend getaway, this Hatteras is designed for both comfort and style with ample service provided by an Onan 20Kw Generator which allows for boating in comfort away from the dock.
