Hull and super structure hand waxed every year. Oil, oil filters and fuel filters changed at least annually. It has a crane for hoisting a tender and a SeaDoo into place on top of the Aft seating area. The Boston Whaler is NOT included in the sale. All exterior brightwork varnished every year with at least two coats. All 4 batteries replaced 2016 season. New Stamoid canvas and Isinglass on aft deck in 2015. New Stamoid windshield cover in 2013. New Kahlenberg airhorns in 2013. New 300' of anchor line in 2012. New Stamoid bimini top, front and side enclosure on bridge, aft carpet, and more. Always kept in inside heated storage. Nice Kohler generator, 120v and 240v services, two full heads with separate showers, A/C and heat, great galley with burners and oven and full refrigerator, microwave and lots of storage. It has a washer and dryer in the aft cabin too! This boat has everything you need for extended cruising and boating fun.
