Excellent Condition- Hatteras 43 Dual Cabin Motor Yacht
Extremely clean and well cared for, this boats shows fantastically well. All furnishings and equipment included in sale; Bring your Toothbrush and Go. The experienced owners have invested time and money to keep her in updated condition and it is obvious. She has new teak and holly floors on lower level, and new carpet on upper with plenty of padding for sound insulation. All exterior paint on decks and superstructure is in very nice condition. Enclosed helm area with Sitex Autopilot, Northstar GPS, Older Ratheon Radar, 2 VHF Radios, and Dell Computer with 19" monitor for Secondary Nav Station, with plenty of room for teak dining table and chairs, and stand alone freezer. Fully functional flybridge with extra seating. Doors on both sides of the helm area lead forward by way of wide, solid decks. Teak hand rails are varnished and covered with sunbrella covers when in port. There are 2 large storage boxes on the foredeck along with windlass and fortress anchor in chocks. All windows appear to be in good condition with no evidence of leaks. All deck stainless is in good condition with no rust apparent. 10' West Marine Hypalon Dinghy lives on heavy davits off stearn, outboard is a 2012 4 stroke mercury 2.5 hp with 5 hrs.
Below decks the boat is modern, spacious , and comfortable. There is a large sitting area with plush, matching couch and chair set with coffee table and plenty of storage and book shelves. Forward of that is nice bar with bar stools and flat screen television. Boat has working findme/followme direct tv receiver for main salon tv and aft cabin tv.
Galley is down and equipped with larger refrigerator, microwave, propane stove and ice maker. All in very nice condition. Both heads are in very nice shape with freshwater toilets, and stall showers. Vberth forward with twin single bunks. 2 double bunks aft with abundant storage.
