Extended cruising at 8-9 knots, but able to beat out a storm or get there is a hurry doing a high cruise of 17 knots! She's built on a Modified V-hull with a solid fiberglass bottom.
She has the preferred two-stateroom floor plan arranged with galley down and sleeps six. Beautiful Maple interior wood paneling, not too light, not dark. Large salon featuring an L-shaped sofa, two newer matching casual chairs, custom folding drop leaf table, all decorated in tasteful fabrics and carpet. The spacious aft master stateroom features a true centerline queen, tons of storage and an en suite head with separate stall shower and VacuFlush toilet. The galley is down to port. Her second stateroom is forward with port side over/under berths, custom storage and a hanging locker. The forward head, across from the galley, features a larger stall shower and a VacuFlush toilet.
Owned and cruised by extremely knowledgeable owners, she is absolutely the cleanest, up to date and well equipped 40 Hatteras available. Extensive logs, records and invoices available to serious buyers. Totally turn key and will survey well.
