Design History

Hatteras introduced this model with an updated running bottom in 1983 and in she remained in production through1987. A new designer for Hatteras, Jim Wynne introduced the prop pocket design element to decrease shaft angle and give a shallower draft than her predecessors.  She exhibits the classic "Hatteras lines" and is built the Hatteras way with a solid fiberglass bottom, a deep-V bow entry and cored hull sides for added strength.  With these seakeeping attributes and the re-fit of Yanmar 440hp engines she cruises a comfortable 22kts.

Whether you are a cruising family or a fisherman looking for a flybridge convertible in this category you need to check this baby out.
