An Absolute Must See To Appreciate Boat!!

The current owner has owned this boat for over 10 years.  During that time they have used and enjoyed the boat.  They have also given her top care and maintenance, plus, have done an incredible amount of upgrades and updates.  This boat has to be seen to be appreciated.

This is the perfect starter or step up boat for any couple.  She is turn key and runs great.  Power is twin Crusader 454 CI big blocks with fresh water cooling.  The port engine was recently rebuilt with less than 10 hours.  The starboard engine has 1325 hours.

A custom hardtop with 3 sided enclosure has been added, but, looks like it was factory installed.  The enclosure is heavy gauge 40 ml vinyls. 

There is also a custom aft bimini extension over the cockpit.  This extension covers about one half of the cockpit area and has an enclosure.  There is another sunshade extension that connects to the aft bimini and extends back to the transom for sun protection.

The interior of this boat is clean, warm and inviting.  She has teak and holly sole throughout the cabin.  All interior soft goods were replaced when the current owners purchased the boat and they all look like brand new.

The air conditioning and heating system was replaced in 2006.  The controls are the digital style controls.

She was upgraded to a vacu flush head system in 2012.

She has a full galley refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, hot water system, towel bar and paper towel rack, three storage drawers, plus, storage upper and lower. 

The forward berth is large and comfortable for two adults.

All interior décor remains with the boat. 

All lines, fenders and safety gear also remains for the new owners.

This boat features a huge cockpit which is perfect for fishing, diving or entertaining friends at the dock.
