This is a Rare Cummins Diesel Powered Harbor Master Houseboat that must be considered a minor "project" or "handyman" boat but could be used immediately. It offers 2 spacious staterooms, 2 heads, a full galley, lots of interior and exterior entertaining space and the hull design is not your typical houseboat as it can handle harsher sea conditions with its pointed bow and modified V hull. It is aggressively priced to sell and all reasonable offers will be considered. The bones of the boat seem solid - the engines and generator run fine and the bottom was repainted 2 years ago. The interior is original as are the electronics. There is a ton of potential in this one. Call today and start making your plans for some quality time on the water.
