New Axiom 9 (2023) GPS-Plotter hybrid touch multifunction display, with mount locations at helm, at sea hood and at navigation table. Instruments mounted at sea hood include Ray ST60 depth, Ratheon ST60 wind direction and Ratheon ST60 speed. Also includes AIS, EPRIB, auto pilot, radar, masthead windex, VHF readio at navigation table with 2 handheld units, AM/FM CD player with cabin speakers.
Sails are DOYLE, new: in-mast furling mainsail on a deck stepped mast, 110% furling genoa. A Selden whisker pole mounts at mast. Sail handling gear includes Lewmar self-tailing 2-speed winches, winch handles, rope clutches, genoa blocks, Rodkicker boom vang (rebuilt 2024).
Topside includes wheel steering with new leather wrap, factory "wind shield" of tempered glass with opening vent, stern rail with seat starboard, upper & lower lifelines with opening gates port & starboard mid-ship, teak cockpit seats, teak cockpit grate, teak side decks (never sanded), cockpit table, 2 new folding cockpit cushion/seats, swim platform and deep swim ladder, fresh-water wash down at bow with new Jabsco pump & fittings at deck, Magma rail mount BBQ grill with propane tank kit, and flag pole socket.
Cockpit canvas is new, grey, includes bimini, dodger, full enclosure with stainless steel mounting. Also new is the winch covers and wheel cover, all in grey with HR insgnia.
Exquisite interior woodwork, lovingly cared for, cushions firm and upholstery clean. Galley has 2 burner stove with oven, gimballed, 2 propane tanks, refrigeration with freezer compartment, stainless steel double basin sink, pressurized hot & cold water, sea pump at galley and tons of storage. There are cabin curtains/shades and screens throughout. The large, double leaf dining table is centerline with both leaves reaching the seating area and storage compartment in center. The interior has custom snap-in carpets throughout to protect the teak & holly sole. A Weems & Plath clock & barometer will go with the sale.
The cabin warms up quickly with the Webasto diesel cabin heater with forced hot air outlets in all cabins including the head. Terrific visibility with the opening ports also illuminates the glorious woodwork.
The forward cabin is actually 2 single berths that form a V-shape, fresh air circulates with opening ports that have screens, an overhead solar vent, overhead hatch and cabinetry for storage.
The aft cabin has multiple opening ports, an overhead hatch with screen, bedding topper, custom sheets and solar vent and cabinetry for storage.
The forward, port side head has a vanity & sink, a wet head/shower, marine toilet-manual pump (new 2024), overhead hatch and teak floor grate.
Electrical equipment includes 110v shore power cord and adapter plug, LED navigation lights, LED deck light and tri-color LED lights throughout the interior. Batteries are new 2020. 12v master battery switch, Lewmar dual-action electric anchor windlass at bow, electric bilge pump and high-water bilge alarm.
Safety equipment includes man overboard rail mounted throwable cushion, dock lines, new F-5 fenders, fender covers, air horn, EPIRB, fire extinguishers, CQR 45lb anchor with 100' chain & 100' rode and spare Danforth anchor.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT & DETAILS: includes custom winter cover (new 2020), Simco bottom paint last applied 2024. Current owner is 2nd owner, purchased from Maine & relocated to fresh-water Lake Champlain in 2019. All running rigging replaced since 2019. Standing rigging original and inspection revealed no issues. Engine hours are estimated at 1000. Jack stands included, new 2020.
