The Gulfstar factory designed and built these boats specifically for the charter market in the 1980's. Lazarra-designed and Gulfstar built, quality was NOT sacrificed. Repowered with NEW Yanmar in 2010. New sails. Though intended for charter, this particular one was never chartered and has been lovingly maintained. In a lot of boats made for charter, quality was sacrificed for space and performance. Gulfstar did NOT compromise on this boat. The hull is solid, the keel is an integral (encapsulated) fin, the living area is exceptionally comfortable, and she performs like a champ! This is a rare boat, and this one is in excellent condition! Just back from her last Bahamas cruise with owners who have doted on her, she is now sitting in Green Cove Springs, FL, ready for her next adventure. Repowered and her sails are new too! This one is a GEM! Plus there's no teak to maintain on the exterior.
