She's nicely equipped with a bimini and front curtain dodger, a primary dinghy with davits and an outboard as well as a secondary backup dinghy, solar power, mainsail furling, heavy-duty ground tackle, new sails and running rigging in 2011, new Raymarine autopilot, Garmin GPS chartplotter, Furuno radar, and a diesel engine with just 651 hours since a major overhaul. Note, too, that the Universal M50 generates 44 horsepower for CURLEW -- enough to propel the boat along at full hull speed, a claim that cannot be made by other Gulf 32's equipped with the smaller M40 powerplant. CURLEW will convey with complete charts from North Carolina south through Central America, cruising guides, and plenty of spares. Oh, and don't forget that pilothouse -- you can steer outside of it, or inside where there's plenty of visibility, not to mention light.
