You will find that this vessel is extremely easy to operate single handed as the yacht is equipped with Yacht Controller (wireless) and has a helm door on the starboard side. The helm station is well laid out and offers complete control of the hybrid propulsion system and bow and star thrusters. While the Greenline 48 Coupe Hybrid is already a very stable vessel this one has the added stability of a Quick, zero-speed, gyroscopic stabilizer for an unparalleled experience on the water!
The Greenline 48 Coupe Hybrid delivers a single level living arrangement, offering 360-degree panoramic views from the cockpit through to the helm station! The space begins with a galley aft that opens to al- fresco dining space in the cockpit with seating for six or more and proceeds forward past an ice maker, full sized refrigerator, wine cooler, 46" Samsung TV on a lift mount, settee, and dining area. This yacht delivers a comfortable living space that unifies covered exterior dining and lounging space with interior dining and entertainment space in the main saloon with a very large sunroof forward that delivers extra light and refreshing breezes at anchor. Together, these spaces are perfect for entertaining guests and relaxing. All the way forward is the helm which is elevated to offer the captain a clear view of the water in front of the yacht while underway.
This vessel is quiet and comfortable while underway. Electric cruising is awe-inspiring. It is amazing to be on a vessel 50' long and cruise as quietly as a sailing vessel! All one hears is the slight hum of the electric motors and water splashing against the hull.
Cruising out of the marina, waiting for bridges, and navigating through locks is an absolute pleasure! When it is time to engage the diesels, there is not much more noise as the engine room is very well insulated. The owner reports under 70dB at the helm in most conditions. This vessel is ideal for taking in your surroundings! This vessel is 1 of only 2 in the USA equipped with a Trip Extender System (24kW generator) that allows the captain to charge the LiPO batteries while cruising on electric. The captain can operate on electric propulsion all day, at the right speed, running one Volvo D2 rather than two Volvo D3s! And she boasts an impressive range of over 900 nautical miles at 7 knots using her diesel engines, which makes her the perfect vessel for extended cruising. Storage is always important onboard a vessel if you plan to spend any length of time aboard! The Greenline 48 offers both a voluminous full beam lazarette and finished "basement/utility" space below the galley complete with a washer dryer combo.
Moving forward and down three steps there are two nearly identical staterooms (port and starboard) each equipped with twin beds and ample storage including hanging lockers. Both staterooms have en-suite wet heads, the port stateroom's access is private while the starboard stateroom's access is a shared day head. The master stateroom is forward and features an oversized queen (or undersized king) on the centerline. This spacious room is very well lit and takes full advantage of two unique bulwarks cut-outs that offer unobstructed views out to the horizon along with a tremendous amount of light! The master has an en-suite head to starboard separated by a hallway from a dedicated walk-in shower to port.
