This 36ft. Grand Banks is new to market and is in excellent condition for a boat this age. She comes with a Vetus Bowthruster and has the desired single engine 135hp. John Deere motor with 2400 original hours on it. The Northern Lights genset was installed new in 2003 and has only 800 hours on it.The teak decks were removed and the decks glassed and non-skidded in 2005. The teak window frames were replaced with marine grade aluminum frames and shatterproof glass installed in 2005. All coach roof and cabin superstructure teak handrails were replaced by stainless steel handrails in 2005. The teak swimplatform was also replaced with a marine grade aluminum swim platform. The hull was Awlgriped in 2005 and the cabin and flybridge was just painted with Awlgrip in Jan. 2013. All the exterior bright work was just varnished in Dec. 2012. All sea cocks serviced and zincs and cutlass bearing replaced February 2013 along with fesh bottom paint. In 2015 new salon seat cushions in the salon area have been replaced. Many more recent upgrades and many spare parts come with this boat.
The Grand Banks 36 is one of the most popular trawlers and for good reason because of her hull design with the long full length protective keel, roomy side decks, and her comfortable ride.
