Summer Suite is a 36 foot Grand Banks that has been meticulously maintained by her current and previous owners and she has been stored inside as well each year. She is one of the best Grand Banks on the market at this price. She has 2 ford diesel engines, both serviced at all required intervals.
She has had over $350;000 of improvements in 2000 and 2001 and needs nothing more to be done. Her teak decks were removed and professionally replaced with fiberglass. Her fuel tanks were replaced and all wood trim on windows were replaced with aluminum frames. New stove and refrigerator, new generator, new headliner, new espar heater, new hot water heater, heat and air conditioning and more.
She is equipped with an ice maker, 2 electric heads, each with their own holding tank. She has 168 gallon freshwater capacity. All cushions inside are new or,like new and all teak inside and out is in perfect condition. Grand Banks are known for their classic lines and fantastic use of space and Summer Suite offers both from the 2 sleeping quarters, the large main salon and all the space to enjoy cruising from the view from the bridge. She is regularly admired in any port she enters.
