This 44 foot houseboat is one of the nicest Gibson's on the river. The boat is 44 feet long, 14 feet wide and is powered by twin 454 Crusader gas engines. The boat is well maintained, loaded with many extras, has numerous recent upgrades and comes with a custom built full winter cover! She has a flybridge with radar arch, full bridge cover, helm cover, 2 VHF marine radios, intercom, queen size bed in the aft stateroom (new in 2011), 2 queen size beds in the cuddy, 2 heads (rear head is huge), 2 roof mount air conditioners with heaters, new upholstery in 2010, new drapes in 2010, new microwave in 2011, full size refrigerator, dingy davits, 1500 watt inverter with automatic switchover, stereo, stereo amplifier, new speakers, rear hard mounted bimini with 12 volt lighting and 12 volt ceiling fan, 8.5 KW Westerbeke generator, wash down pump new 2009, battery combiner, 12 volt and 110 volt lighting throughout, two 12 volt fans, 20 gal. water heater new 2004, mood lighting, spotlight, wash down shower on front deck, winterizing valves on water heater, spare impellers, oil filters, gas water separating filters, and the list goes on.
I have compiled instructional materials including actual video clips showing exactly how to winterize all of the systems on this boat. The material even covers the most efficient way to change oil in the generator and 454s. It is easy and will save the new owner a ton of money."
