Check out this beautiful and well maintained house boat with only 400 hours on her Twin Crusader 285HP by its second owner. This house boat was loved just like it should have been. The first owner had cared well and covered the boat annually and it was stored under cover. Most recent owner purchased her in 2006 and has bottom painted, shrink wrapped and dry docked annually which certainly shows. The engines have also been serviced every year.
She cruises at 14 mph but can jump up to that 20 mph mark if ever needed/desired. She is almost as comfortable underway as she is at the dock.
While the Owner does not want to depart from this beautiful house boat, they are unfortunately facing some health challenges and do not have any more use for her. This house boat is priced to sell.
