The boat sports brand new Doyle mainsail and self-tacking jib with vertical leech battens. The screecher is a 730 sq. ft. laminate sail built by Sail Technologies of St. Petersburg Florida. It sits on a strongly engineered sprit off the carbon fiber crossbeam and has a continuous self-furler. In reaching conditions the boat should do easily two thirds of wind speed and allow sailing when other boats are under power.
The helm station is elevated with a good view of all four corners of the boat and is in easy communication with those in the cockpit. A hard Bimini covers it with a Plexiglas top for easy viewing of the mainsail. All lines are led to the cockpit and can be controlled with the 2-speed Harken 46 electric winch or 2 other Harken 46 manual winches.
The interior of the boat has walls and ceilings covered with Wisper Walls. The cabin sole is real Teak and Holly. The cabinetry is of custom cherry construction and counter surfaces are Corian. There are two forward cabins with en-suite manual heads and full size queen beds. Aft there is a full size head with walk-in shower and new electric head on the port side. Aft starboard is a third cabin, which easily converts to a full size bed.� In March of this year the boat was hauled and given fresh bottom paint...Trinidad SR 60.
The sail drives underwent major service including new prop shafts and props. The starboard sail drive had new hull gaskets ie. bellows and bands replaced.
